The dealers here pool tips so I was pleasantly surprised to find that each and every dealer I played was a professional that worked hard to do the little things for the customer. The reason being that in a casino where dealers pool their tips, there tend to be a certain percentage of dealers who simply go through the motions and let others ' earn' the tips. One of the first things I do when I sit down at a table, is ask whether dealers pool or keep their tips. The floor staff and blackjack dealers in particular stood out.hands down the best group I have ever encountered in the 'pit'. They are professional, attentive, and eager to please. Property wide, the staff here is excellent.
Probably second behind only Jumers in Rock Island IL. Of the 100 or so casino visits I have made this year in 41 different casinos in 17 states, my experience here was one of the best. The close proximity to the highway provides easy access and there is ample parking.even for TV's and semi trucks. This casino is located right off hwy 131 about 13 miles south of grand rapids MI.
